After all the trials & tribulations my apartment & the development is finished and ready to rent out..My first guests are in..AND what's more they like it so much they've booked for next year..Yipee!!

Beach front development in a  area of Eastern Cyprus.Gym, 2 swimming pools, beachside restaurant & bar. Lovely board walk to Protarus & Pernera which are both about 10/15 mins walk. 25mins drive from Ayia Napa. Lee knows this area so I hope he'll confer it's in a great spot.

Management company are English & even pick you up from the airport!

Sleeps 4 all mod cons...Air conditioned. Balcony with sea views front & back. Modern equipped kichen with large fridge, cooker & microwave, washing machine. . Satellite, flat screen TV.
